Our DJ, Joe "V-Sound" Vaccaro has many years of experience as a mobile, radio and club DJ, recording engineer, producer, songwriter, musician and certified wedding and event coordinator. Joe has created remixes for the world's hottest music artists including: Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Rihanna, Jay-Z, The Weeknd and many more. He has released three albums as the artist, Dream Factory. Joe possesses a unique mix of DJ, technical, musical and event planning skills. This gives V-Sound Productions the tools, skills and experience needed to provide you with a world-class DJ performance for your event. The V-Sound Productions music library has over 300,000 songs, updated daily with the hottest music. We also include many special songs, remixes, medleys and drops not available from other DJ's. We use clean, radio-friendly versions suitable for all age groups. Our diverse music library is a mix of hundreds of musical genres and sub-genres ranging from Top 40, Pop, Hip Hop, Dance, Rock, Country, Latin, Christian, Classics and much more. Because each musical genre has dozens of sub-categories (or sub-genres), each genre of music is diverse in itself. When we combine those genres and each of its sub-categories, we are able to customize a music selection for you that directly fits your musical needs. This also gives us incredible flexibility in accommodating song requests.
Each client is assigned their own account in our Client Portal. The Client Portal has a variety of valuable online tools to assist you in the planning of your event. The Client Portal includes our party or wedding planner guide, vendor contact sheet, event checklist and more. You can use your online planning tools to get music recommendations, search our music library, add song requests, create event timelines, communicate with your DJ, check date and service availability, book other events and services, refer our services to others and more. This will help you to stay organized by allowing you to keep, send and compile all your various event information together in one place, saving you time and money.
To compliment the online event planning tools included through our Client Portal, V-Sound Productions also offers customized event planning for your event. Customized event planning consultations are included with every
DJ Entertainment package. We work with you to customize the music selection, mixing style, announcements, event planning, online tools, vendor coordination, room layout and
more to fit the needs of your event.
Every V-Sound Productions DJ Entertainment package comes with our state of the art sound system. We use only professional, studio grade sound equipment from the best manufacturers, top quality digital music files (no bootlegs, no illegal downloads, no streaming or low quality YouTube files). We use advanced audio processing tools and equipment used by the biggest, most reputable music artists and recording studios around the world for sound enhancement and equipment protection. V-Sound Productions offers custom photo slide shows. We take your photos (up to 100 photos) and create a custom photo slide show. Perfect for wedding events to show pictures of the bride and groom. Every V-Sound Productions DJ Entertainment package includes up to 90 minutes of pre-event preparation and 1 hour of post-event clean up on the day of the event. This is in addition to your reserved performance time. The pre-event preparations include equipment setup, venue and client coordination, room prep and more. The post-event clean up include equipment breakdown, post-event wrap up and more.
V-Sound Productions is fully licensed and insured for your safety and added piece of mind. Many DJ's carry no insurance at all or very limited
liability policies leaving you exposed to risk. Some event venues even require that your DJ carry insurance in order to perform DJ services. We carry a comprehensive liability and equipment insurance policy from a reputable provider. Proof of insurance certificates available free upon request.
